I've been in UK property for over two decades. Estate agent. Developer. Property sourcer. I co-founded the biggest property sourcing network in the UK, then co-founded a peer-to-peer investment platform that funded £85 million of UK property projects before I exited in 2020. I've worked every strategy I write about.

With me you spend 90 minutes filling in a form and it's live in three weeks.
Agencies are designers. I'm a property professional. Your site is written by someone who's actually done property deals in the UK, not someone who Googled "property investor" the morning before your project kickoff. You deal directly with me from start to finish. No account managers, no sales reps, no runaround.
The intake form walks you through it. By the time you've answered the questions, you'll have a clearer picture of your ideal customer than you've ever had. That's part of the value. If you're already a Property Accelerator mentee, you can bring your existing work and we'll build from that.
Bring it. We'll point it at the new site and the existing domain registration stays with you, at your current registrar. If you don't yet own one, we register one for you as part of the package (.co.uk or .com, your choice).
From month thirteen, hosting and domain renewal continue at £19 per month. That figure also covers small content updates and the occasional add-page or rewrite. Cancel anytime with thirty days' notice. If you'd rather migrate elsewhere, we'll hand over the files and walk you through the process at no charge.
Yes. That's the done-for-you content service above. Two blog posts a month, each with a social post and video script, written by me and published straight to your site. £149 a month (cancel anytime) or £1,490 for the year with two months free.
No formal discount. But mentees already have their ICA documented, their USP defined and their buy box mapped, which means we can move faster on the build. Practically, mentees often see their sites live in two weeks rather than three.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided we haven't started the build (we usually start within 2 to 3 days of the intake form being submitted). Beyond that point, the site has been written and the refund window closes. If something has genuinely gone wrong, get hold of Paul directly and he'll sort it.
